Our Mission:  

DART Command Central helps communities prepare for and manage temporary emergency animal shelters during disasters. Through volunteer training and our operational platform, the Emergency Animal Shelter App (EASApp™), we provide simple, user-friendly tools that replace paper processes, streamline shelter operations, and ensure critical data is accessible to authorized teams in real time.
